1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Casa website (casamakes.com) and the Casa application (studio.casamakes.com), operated by Casa Makes (“Casa,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Casa on behalf of a studio or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Casa provides software for interior designers and studios: FF&E schedules built from product links, budgets, proposals, purchase orders, invoices and related workflows. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. Casa extracts data from product pages you choose to add; you are responsible for verifying extracted details (dimensions, pricing, availability) before relying on them in client deliverables or purchases.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use Casa.
4. Free trial
New accounts include a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
5. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed at $29 per user per month (plus applicable taxes) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance each month to your payment method on file. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Your content
The links you paste and the schedules, budgets, documents and images you create or upload remain yours. You grant Casa a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you add, including product images used in your deliverables.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach or overload our systems, no reselling or scraping the service itself, no uploading malicious code, and no using Casa to infringe others' intellectual-property rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Casa software, site design, and branding are owned by Casa Makes and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except the right to use the service as intended.
9. Third-party sites & data
Casa processes product pages from third-party vendor sites at your direction. We are not affiliated with those vendors and are not responsible for their content, pricing accuracy, availability, or terms. Competitor and vendor names on our site belong to their respective owners.
10. Disclaimers
Casa is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that extracted product data is complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Makes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
You may stop using Casa and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Casa or other users. Upon termination you may export your content for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
