Casa Makes, Inc. (“Casa,” “we,” “us”) provides FF&E software for interior designers at casamakes.com and studio.casamakes.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English because privacy policies should be readable.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, studio or company name, and billing details when you sign up for a plan.
The links and content you add. The product and vendor URLs you paste, and the schedules, budgets, documents and images you create or upload. Casa processes pasted links to extract product details. This content belongs to you.
Usage data. How you interact with Casa: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. We use this to improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the service: building your FF&E schedules from pasted links, processing payments, providing support, sending service updates, and understanding how features are used so we can make them better. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project content to market to your clients or vendors.
Sharing & third parties
We share data only with the service providers that help us run Casa, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, and email, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Casa and its users.
